This place was better than advertised, everything in the pictures are as good or better than what we thought , nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors, not far from Downtown. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone who's considering this property!

Emmanuel was incredibly responsive to all of my questions before and during our stay. I had groceries delivered prior to our arrival and they were received and put away for us. The house was perfect and exactly as expected. The area and space were very family friendly with a perfect outdoor area for sitting and visiting. The house was perfect location for the bus, the local park, and a ton of restaurants. It was about a 50 minute ride to the main NY city, but very easy to do. I don’t think I could have asked for a better place to stay for a family vacation with my teenager. You won’t regret this rental.

This place exceeded all our expectations. The house is spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped — especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed. It’s perfectly located: just minutes from Manhattan, yet in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood where you can truly relax after a day in the city.
Yeny was an exceptional host. Warm, attentive, and thoughtful — from the welcome snacks and wine to the convenient parking and her kind offer of a late check-out. She made us feel truly at home.
We are a family of four and it was perfect for us. We would return without hesitation and recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Yeny, for making our stay so special!

A very cute place with lots of amenities. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. The location is very easily accessible to the city. Yeny was very kind and helpful. We will definitely stay again next time we visit!

Staying at Emmanuel’s place was an absolute breeze. Communication was quick, property matched the description and it is all you need! Perfect place for transiting into NYC each day - about 45 mins from a very close bus stop. We stayed for a week and enjoyed the kitchen and cooking equipment provided and saved money by buying food from the local supermarket, about 300m away.
Highly recommended for anyone wanting a slice of NY, or NJ.
