Located in the heart of North Bergen, our 2-bedroom garden-level suite offers the perfect home base for your NYC adventures. Sustainable Travel & Parking As an EV Dream Stays property, we are proud to offer: Level 2 EV Charging: Available on-site for a flat fee of $20 per day. Wake up with a full charge and skip the search for public stations. (Please message us upon booking to request access). Free Parking: Secure parking is included with your stay. The Backyard: Enjoy our large shared backyard, complete with a dedicated sitting area, outdoor furniture, a fire pit, and a fire grill for relaxing evenings. The Living Space Our property features a spacious living room designed for relaxation: Entertainment: 55-inch 4K FireTV. Flexible Sleeping: A comfortable sofa bed (fits two) and a full-size blow-up mattress available for extra guests. The Bedrooms Bedroom 1 (Right): Queen-size bed, closet, 50-inch 4K Roku Smart TV, and a full-length mirror. Bedroom 2 (Left): Full-size bed, closet, 50-inch 4K Roku Smart TV, full-body mirror, extra dresser, and a cozy sitting area. The Kitchen Fully stocked and ready for home-cooked meals: Large refrigerator with built-in filtered water ice maker. BPA-free Culligan 5 Stage 23 cup filtered water dispenser. Complimentary coffee and tea (caffeinated and decaf) with cream and sugar. Location & Transit Getting to NYC is a breeze from our North Bergen location: NJ Transit Bus: Only 2 blocks away! Takes you directly to Port Authority/Times Square. Fees are $4–$7 each way. Travel time is ~35 mins (20 mins by car). Light Rail (Tonnelle Ave): 7 minutes away. Connects to the PATH train (World Trade Center/Downtown) or Liberty State Park (Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island). Laundry: There is a convenient laundromat just 8 walking blocks away. ⚠️ Important Property Disclosures At EV Dream Stays, we believe in total transparency to ensure you have the best experience: 1. Ceiling Height Notice This is a charming garden-level unit with an older architectural style. It is not ideal for guests over 6ft tall. Please note the following clearances: Living Room: 75" (Support Beam: 58") Kitchen: 72" Bathtub: 70.5" Left Bedroom Closet: 63" 2. Family Home Context A wonderful family with two children lives on the second floor. While we kindly ask the children to be mindful of noise, you may hear footsteps or typical household activity during non-school or non-summer camp hours.

The bus to manhattan/NYC is two blocks from this house. —25 minute Drive to NYC This apartment has a low ceiling and it’s not ideal for people over 6 ft. tall. A family with 2 children lives on the second floor, while we ask the kids to not run or make loud noises, you may hear footsteps/noise during non-school/non-summer camp hours.
